Reunion Survey

Stout State University Graduates from 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, and 1970 are encouraged to submit their responses to the following five questions. The information gathered from the survey questions will be published in the 40th Reunion Book and distributed to attendees during the reunion weekend. We ask each of you to complete the form and return it to the alumni office by August 3 -- even if you are unable to attend. It would be wonderful to hear from you. Don't forget to include your name and address information.
